Add-on Check In Form!!! Reply Back!!

I created a Google Form for weekly check in for subscription members that allows me to reply to the check in. I thought some of you might want a copy this. It allows you to ask 2 questions, respond from the spreadsheet, and email the response to the student.

This is what I use when you check in each week! Do it with your students!

Get a Copy of the Add-on

This is a SPREADSHEET! It will create the Google Form for you and the responses will go into this sheet to allow you to respond back to students check in!
