A member asked how to easily add a bunch of screenshots to an individual Google Slides. My first recommendation is to install Photos to Slides by Clay Smith. It’s much more polished and works in any Google Slides presentation and has more options.
However, I made you a quick and dirty version for your personal use (premium members only.)
Use Premium Member Add-on
Add Photos Add-on lets you add a folder of images to your presentation.
- Create a copy of the Google Slides Add-on
- Take your screenshots and images and drag into a folder in Google Drive.
- Copy the link at the top to the folder.
- Use the “Add Photos” menu at the top of the Google Slides.
- You will be prompted to paste the link to your folder.
- WAIT FOR IT. It can take several minutes. They will all appear at once.
- Copy and paste these slides into your own presentation if you need to have them in a presentation you already have.
- Tip: if you have a lot of photos, drag them into sub folders in your Google Drive and systematically add from each folder.
