One of my favorite things to do in CANVAS LMS is to embed a Google Form onto a Page. I use Google Forms in almost every module I create. This allows me to check-in with students, survey students, create a weekly reflection, check for understanding as an exit ticket or just a nice way to collect and track student information and data. Embedding content onto Canvas Pages allows students to easily access and view assignments and resources. The embedded Google Form will show up on the Canvas Page and allows students to immediately engage with the content. What are “Embed” codes?

“Building a Canvas LMS Course is similar to building a website”.
- Create A Google Form
- Create A Page in a Module in Canvas LMS
- Click on “Edit” the Page
- Click on the embed <> symbol on the Canvas Page
- Get the embed code from the Google Form by clicking on SEND
- Copy the embed code <> from the Google Form
- Paste the Google Form embed code onto the Canvas Page
- Save and Publish the Page
- Adjust the size of the form by changing the width and height
