By Member request the Form to Slides premium has a version that it allows for students to answer 2 questions in the Google Form before being pushed to Google Slides.
Send 2 questions of student responses to a Google Slides. Students fill out the form with 2 questions to answer and both their answers are pushed to the slide.
- Make a copy of the add on
- Delete the directions and retitle the form
- Use the puzzle piece and find Form to Slides Premium 2 questions
- Authorize the Add-on
- SET THE SLIDES - Paste URL to your Google Slides
TiP: If you leave the "What Slides URL" blank it will create a Google Slides for you. - Do you want to manually push the student responses or have it automatic? Click on set automatic to make them go on Form Submit to the bottom of your slides. Otherwise you will need to "Send to Slides" from the puzzle piece.
The Google Forms add on menu is JUST for the teacher. You will set up your Form and Slides from the puzzle piece. Share the Form with students as usual.
